After having worked as a Secondary English teacher for three years, I decided to leave teaching and start a career in copywriting and editing, putting my writing skills and knowledge of the English language to use in a slightly different way. And after returning from a few months spent travelling South East Asia, I started to look for some work.

This is when I connected with Bruce and started to work with Sound Advice. Additionally, although now largely retired, my dad had a long career in consumer electronics, so I was always surrounded by the newest hi-fis, headphones and speakers – so every review feels very much like familiar territory for me!
